ALIDE and BANHPROVI, under the auspices of the Honduran Government, organized the 53rd ALIDE General Assembly that was held in San Pedro Sula (Honduras), from Tuesday, May 30 to Friday, June 2, 2023.
This year, the event convened close to 200 people in person and had as its theme “Developing the intrinsic potential of Latin America and the Caribbean before the world: role and challenges of the development banking system”, in order to analyze the potential of LAC to interact in the international economy with the various regions of the world and attract investments and world-class companies, mobilizing their own internal capacities and the capital of their fellow citizens coming from abroad.
190 representatives from 16 Latin American and Caribbean countries, 5 extra-regional countries and 16 international organizations attended the 53rd ALIDE Annual Meeting.
