National coordinators hold meeting as part of the agenda of the 49th General Assembly
May 19, 2019.- The 45th Meeting of National Coordinators took place prior to the main events of the 49th ALIDE General Assembly with the attendance of 27 representatives of 17 Latin American, Caribbean and European institutions, together with staff members of the Association’s General Secretariat.
In the course of the meeting, Romy Calderon, Head of ALIDE’s Economic Studies and Information Program introduced the basic document entitled «Latin American and Caribbean Global Trade and Investments: Development Bank Actions,” which the national coordinators commented on and discussed.
Ideas and suggestions were also shared in regard to ALIDE’s 2019-2020 Work Program, which provides for a variety of activities in the areas of technical assistance, training and cooperation, international meetings and economic studies and information.
The meeting was chaired by Rosario Casero, Director General of Business of Spain’s Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO).
