SBD and ANDE joined the ALIDE membership
On february 27. The National Development Agency (ANDE) of Uruguay and the Banking System for Development (SBD) of Costa Rica recently joined the ALIDE membership. The Uruguayan institution did it as an Active Member, while the Costa Rican one did it as a Collaborating Member.
As is recognized, ANDE promotes productive and innovative economic development in the country through the design and implementation of programs and instruments to improve business and territorial competitiveness, with emphasis on MSMEs and on the articulation between the public and private actors.
For its part, SBD is an orderly and articulated system, in which micro and small entrepreneurs, private and governmental financial entities participate, which seeks to promote the creation, innovation, productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs in the country, through financial solutions and business accompaniment.
Their incorporation into ALIDE will allow them to strengthen their links with the varied range of institutions that belong to the association, through their participation in the specialized discussion forums at the regional level, where they will present the results of their action, their good management practices and they will contribute to develop their areas of action in the Latin American and Caribbean Development Banking system promoted by ALIDE.
