• The programme will enhance leadership and management skills among Caja de Ande staff in Costa Rica.

September 1, 2021- The ANDE Resilient Leadership Program (PLAR) was launched on September 1 with the participation of the heads of the various operational areas of the Caja de Ande.

The programme aims to enhance leadership and management capacities at different organizational levels, to boost talent and innovation, both in their management practices and in the value proposition to shareholders and other interest groups.

PLAR has a duration of two and a half months, and will benefits almost 900 employees from Caja de Ande.
