LANGUAGES

Spanish, English and Portuguese will be the official languages of the Meeting and simultaneous interpretation into those languages will be available at the plenary sessions.

TRANSPORTATION

At their arrival in Cartagena de Indias, the participants will be provided with a transportation system between “Rafael Núñez”, Cartagena International Airport, and the official hotels for the event, from the hotels to Cartagena Convention Centers, as well as to the social activities.

IMMIGRATION FORMALITIES

Participants are recommended to consult the Colombia Embassies and Consulates in their respective countries to find out whether they require visas to enter Argentina and any other specific information they may need.

CURRENCY

The official currency in Colombia is the Colombian Peso. The exchange rate at January 31, 2013, is $2,045 per US$1. International credit cards are accepted in the majority of the hotels and businesses.

COMPANIONS’ PROGRAM

A special program will be available for persons accompanying the participants, which will include cultural, social and tourist activities.
