The General Assembly will consist of an opening session, four plenary sessions to address the agenda topics followed by discussions among the participants, the Forty Meeting of ALIDE National Coordinators, the Special Session on Institutional Matters and the Closing Session.  Special meetings have been scheduled of the ALIDE Technical Committees on Rural and Urban SME Financing; Business and Investments; infrastructure and housing Financing and Environmental and Climatic Financing.
