He was also invited to take part in the IDB China-LAC Collaboration Week on Green Finance for National Development Banks. There he served as a panelist at the workshop on \u201cGreen Finance Collaboration in China\u201d and attended the launching of Panda bonds that opened the possibility for bond issues in the world\u2019s largest Green bond market.<\/p>\n<p>Romy Calder\u00f3n, Head of ALIDE\u2019s Studies and Information Program, for his part, was a speaker at the \u201cRaul Leon Torras\u201d 2018 banking system scientific event organized by Cuba\u2019s Banco de Cr\u00e9dito y Comercio (Bandec) and its central bank, in Havana. He was also a speaker at the meeting of high-level experts, \u201cLas Microfinanzas como instrumento de Inclusi\u00f3n Financiera. El auto-empleo &amp; el empoderamiento en las estructuras sociales de base\u201d (Microfinance as an instrument for financial inclusion. Self-employment and empowerment in grassroots structures), organized by Corporaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo de Cura\u00e7ao (Korpodeko) with the collaboration of the Ministry of Social Development, Labor &amp;
