It is a recognized fact that ALIDE prize-winning projects are initiatives that are capable of being replicated in other countries of the region. In this sense, this book comprises a useful instrument for transmitting specialized know-how on good development banking practices.<\/p>\n

This edition covers the following four programs: \u201cFideicomiso P\u00fablico de Contrataci\u00f3n (FPC)\u201d (Public contractual trust fund) of Mexico\u2019s Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, S.N.C. (Banobras); \u201cPrograma Desenvolvimento Territorial (Prodeter)\u201d (Land development program) , of Banco do Nordeste do Brasil S.A (BNB); \u201cFortalecimiento de la Econom\u00eda Local y Crecimiento Bajo en Carbono\u201d (Strengthening of the local economy and low carbon growth) of Colombia\u2019s Instituto para el Desarrollo de Antioquia (IDEA); and \u201cEco.business Fund\u201d, of German Kreditanstalt F\u00fcr Wiederaufbau (KFW).<\/p>\n
