Therefore, Azar considered a data system important to handle segregated by gender to develop <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmfchile.cl\/portal\/estadisticas\/617\/w3-propertyvalue-29531.html\">banking products<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> more suitable for the needs of niche women entrepreneurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Public policy opportunities in gender biases<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The executive vice-president of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/financialallianceforwomen.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financial Alliance for Women<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alide.org.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SHORT-BIOS_SESGOSDEGENEROFFENG.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rebecca Ruf,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> said that \u201cgender biases involve opportunities to stimulate economic development, ending financial inclusion gaps for women and creating business opportunities for financial institutions\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this sense, the general director of Studies, Statistics and Data of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmfchile.cl\/portal\/principal\/613\/w3-propertyname-720.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comisi\u00f3n para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) from Chile<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alide.org.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SHORT-BIOS_SESGOSDEGENEROFFENG.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Nancy Silva<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, shared data from the gender reports of her institution and emphasized the importance of measuring this problem in the financial service in order to develop public policies and actions focused to reduce the gender gaps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, the general director for the Access to Financial Services of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/cnbv\/en\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) from M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alide.org.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SHORT-BIOS_SESGOSDEGENEROFFENG.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Socorro Vargas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, talked about the experience of her institution in the recollection and disclosure of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmfchile.cl\/portal\/estadisticas\/617\/w3-propertyvalue-30290.html\">gender-disaggregated information<\/a> in the financial system. Vargas emphasized the relevance of monitoring and evaluation of policies focused on financial inclusion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other hand, the boss of the Gender Unit of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bandesal.gob.sv\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Banco de Desarrollo de la Rep\u00fablica de el Salvador (Bandesal)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alide.org.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SHORT-BIOS_SESGOSDEGENEROFFENG.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rosa Hern\u00e1ndez<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, explained the development of the program Banca Mujer and the change generated in her institution since the establishment of a gender policy among her personal.
