LANGUAGES
Spanish, English and Portuguese will be the official languages of the Meeting and simultaneous interpretation into those languages will be available at the plenary sessions.

TRANSPORTATION
On arrival in Curaçao, participants will be given transportation arranged by the Organizing Committee, from the International Airport to the Meeting’s official hotels and, during the Meeting, between these hotels and the Convention Center at the World Trade Center. Transportation will also be provided from those hotels to the sites of the social activities.

VISAS – IMPORTANT!
Inasmuch as citizens of several countries require visas to enter the Netherlands Antilles, participants are recommended to consult the Embassies and Consulates of the Netherlands in their respective countries, duly in advance, regarding visa requirements for travel to Curaçao.

CURRENCY
Curaçao’s official currency unit is the Netherlands Antilles guilder or florin (Nafl or Ang.). While participants can get along with only credit cards and U.S. dollars, which circulate freely at a stable exchange rate, the use of bills no larger than 20 dollars is recommended because of problems in getting change in that currency.
