In compliance with ALIDE By-Laws, the representatives of member institutions will make declarations about the Association institutional affairs, such as the 2011 Annual Report and Balance Sheet, ALIDE Awards 2012, the working program for the 2011-2012 period, the 2012 budget, the venue for the next General Assembly, election of ALIDE's Executive Committee for 2012-2014, as well as other matters that may be duly proposed.
