Spanish, English and Portuguese will be the official languages of the Meeting and simultaneous interpretation into those languages will be available at the plenary sessions.
  Transportation
On arrival in Quito, participants will be given transportation arranged by the Organizing Committee, from the "Mariscal Sucre" International Airport to the JW Marriott Hotel.
Participants must enter their arrival date, time and flight number in the Registration Form in order to enjoy this service. Transportation will also be provided from the hotel to the sites of the social activities.
  Immigration Formalities
Participants are recommended to consult the Ecuadorians Embassies and Consulates in their respective countries to find out whether they require visas to enter Ecuador and any other specific information they may need.
  Currency
The present currency of Ecuador is the United States dollar.
  Companions' Program
A special program will be available for persons accompanying the participants, which will include cultural, social and tourist activities.
