Spanish, English and Portuguese will be the official languages of the Meeting and simultaneous interpretation into those languages will be available at the plenary sessions.
On arrival in Mendoza, participants will be given transportation arranged by the Organizing Committee, from the “Francisco Gabrielli” International Airport to the Intercontinental Hotel.  Participants must enter their arrival date, time and flight number in the Registration Form in order to enjoy this service.  Transportation will also be provided from the hotel to the sites of the social activities.
Participants are recommended to consult the Argentinean Embassies and Consulates in their respective countries to find out whether they require visas to enter Argentina and any other specific information they may need.
Argentina’s basic currency unit is the Peso.  Banks in general and exchange houses normally handle exchange transaction to and from the world’s main currencies.  At February 2013, exchange rate was 5.01 pesos = US$1.
A special program will be available for persons accompanying the participants, which will include cultural, social and tourist activities.
